    H1B visa when u are in US in B1 - UGENT

    Hi,
    I am in USA second time in B1 visa from my present employer, My consultant who sponsor me for h1b wants me to attend interview in Mexico/canada.

    Whether i will get any issue in POE? Do we have more chance of getting h1b visa in canada/mexico than Chennai?
