Hi,
I got H1b for 2008 approved. My H1b is filed for X location and I want to move to Y location.
My lawyer has indicated that I need to file new LCA and amend the H1b petition for same.
I had few questions in regards to same.
1) What is the processing time for H1b amendment? Is it same as new H1b?
2) Do I have to wait till the H1b amendment gets approved before moving to the new location?
3) Approximately how much does it cost for new LCA and Amendment.
Request everyone to respond ASAP as I need to do the processing before I move on.
