I have a agreement like 18 months on company A and i have moved to Company B after 12 months .so my previous employer is saying he will go for the court and issues a legal notice to me. I want to know is there any contracts like ? is it legal ? i don't know when he was ask me to sign the paper i was signed on that so what is the solution ? Please can any one help me. Is there any way to counter file the case in Labour court?

---- All these agreements are between you and the employer. Either of you going to the courts to settle issues will only end up in further mess. Ultimately, the employer will only harass you if he is aware of where you are located and if he has access to you (like a cell #). Otherwise all this is washing dirty linen in the public
