Can I get H1B visa stamped in Mexico while in US on B1/B2- Mr.Subramanya Plz reply me

Hi Sir,
I am in USA till Oct in b1/b2 from my Present Employer, This is my second visit to USA in B1/B2 by two different employer. My H1b falls last year. I got my duplicate I-129(After the original was misplaced by them).

It is already delayed by 8 months, My consultant wants me to take interview in Mexico. Is it adviceable to take the interview there. Whether i will come accross any problem in POE?

If you are able to get the stamping done...there wont be any issues at POE in a normal circumstances.
