Hi Sir/Madam,
I am trying to get Third Country visa, can u please tell me whether I am eligible for it.
I am in USA with B1. This is my 2nd time visit. I left US before the I-94 time Expirers,last year. This time i have till Oct.
I want to get my h1b from Mexico /Canada. Which one is Better? Presently I am in Irvine. Please share the Experience if any one had been in the same boat.
