I would like to know onething, I have attended the interview in june 2007. The counsellor told me stay, i have waited by them called back after 2 hours and said that my visa was refused under section 221(G) Act and my I129 form will be returned to USCIS. Why they didnt give the documents. they gave only my passport. What is the suitutaion in my case? How long i should wait? what process will take by them? Is there chance to get another interview? When it will happen (duration)?

Tell us about your back ground. If the visa petition is cancelled you can not attend interview again.
