Hello Friends,
I was in US with H1B Visa valid from 12th jan 2004 to 12th Jan 2007. I came back to India on 13th Nov 2006 & apply for Visa transfer to some other company before coming to India. Now H1B has been transferred and I got the new approved patition. I still does not get my H1B Visa stamped. Now my current company is interest to apply for L1A. Does is it OK? Can I apply for L1A VISA even though I have approved petition for H1B? Can US embassy raised any question? Please help me.
