Un Employement Wage Report

Hi friends,

I am going to Chennai consulate on Aug 14,2007 for H1B.I have all docs with me except the Unemployement wage report for all states.Can any body tell me what it is. Is it a US govt report? Or it is a document that should be given by the US employer?Can any one highlight me what are the contents of this?

Please do mail me a sample copy if any body is having?

Even i am given 221 asking for unemeployment Wage report for all states.

Its very easy to get the unemployed wage reports. This will be given by ur employer. Ask ur employer to provide them. Many employers provide them at the time of stamping. But only few do not provide them.

Its easy to get them from ur employer. so ask him and get them.
