H1 from third country

Hi ...
Could some body please aswer.

I am on HSMP ( similar to work permit ) in UK. If I apply for H1B from UK, will I be able to re-enter USA without further application for H1B from my home country if I visit my home country in future?

yes as long as H1 stamp is valid you can. just because you get your H1 issued in UK does not mean that each entry has to be from UK
