Hi

I transferred my h1 from Company A to Company B and i have a valid visa till June 2008. I don’t know whether my previous employer revoke my h1b petition.

I have few question regarding visa cancel and travel

1.Is't possible for me to travel India for vacation in this situation?

2.Is't possible for my previous employer to cancel my visa? Does revoking h1b meant visa cancelled?

3.Do i need consular processing for entering US again, if my h1b is revoked by my previous employer?

I could appreciate if anyone helps me out in this issue?

if the visa from company B is approved and you have the approval form and the stamp in the passport is current you dont need a new stamp. to reenter. even if company A revoked the H1 it does not matter if you present the new I-797 along with current visa stamp at the port of entry
