I'm currently on L1 visa with company A. I processed my H1 through company B which will take effect from Oct 1, 2007.
I've to go to India this November to attend my brother's marriage. I'm planning to get my Visa changed to H1 just before i leave to India.
Do you recommend me to go to Canada to get my Visa stamped? because people advise against getting H1 stamped in Chennai (India) especially since i wouldn't have started working for company B aat the time of visa interview?
Will it be really easy to get my visa stamping in canada without any issues when compared to Chennai?
[OR] is there any other easy solution to get around this problem?
