    I-94 Issues

    hi,
    i entered US on 13 April 07 my h1b expires on 22 sep 07. during port of entry immigration officer gives stay time up to (I-94 due date) on 21 sep 07. my employer process my renewal of h1b. any problem for me to stay in US after my i-94 due date. please tell me the process. what can i do to aovid this problem?
