Hi,
I got my H1B stamped in Sep 2005 for OCT-05 to OCT-08 period. I was in US from Apr06 to Sep 06. Its been almost a year since I went to US. As per my present project requirement I will be needed to travel US only in Jan 08.
My query is, If I am on H1B visa, how long can I stay out of US after visiting US initially?
I'm still with the same employer.
