H4 Visa application !!

I am currently on OPT in the US. I have applied for H1 visa.
I got married in March when I visited India. Can I apply for
H4 visa for my wife as soon as my H1 is approved and can
she come here before oct 1 thats when the H1 comes into
effect.
If any one can answer this question it would be great !!

yes she can apply for H1 as soon as it gets approved, and she can enter upto 10 days before H1 starts.

provide my pay stub for her H4 visa
interview ?
coz I dont have pay stubs as of now.

if you are woking on OPT then you must be getting paid arent you.

Its my training going on as of now. not getting
paid .. pay will start after getting on project.

then get a letter to that effect as they might expect you to get paid on OPT.

usually first time h1 are not asked for paystubs as they have yet to start earning.
