Hi All,
Iam not in a position to give my current client and employer notice period of 2weeks as agreed at the joining time because I need to join my new employer in next 3 days.
Please advise , whether I should give them 3 days notice and what negative repurcussions this could have on me or any other suggestion is highly appreciated.
