H1B transfer denied

I worked with for company A through my Company A's H1B and transfered (premium processing )to Company B.My H1B transfered has been denied and they said I have to appeal within 33 days and it takes 12 months processing time.my question is
1) Shall I apply for appeal where i have to pay 583 US$ processing fees and attorney is asking 1500 US$ and I have to wait for 12 months and not sure they will approve it or not
2) Shall I continue with my previous company without informing them about my H1B denial OR
3) Shall I apply new H1B transfer through some new company which i need to do premium processing OR
4) My wife is having her Green Card for more than 7 months now - does it help me in any way and if so how long the process takes.

Regarding lag of information for company B which is a 7 months old

1. Then try company C
2. Stay with company A itself.
Yours current visa won't get cancelled until the current transfer gets through.

Thank you for your information.company A is threatening that they will cancel the H1B so i gone for company B.Now the company B didn't pay anything and no job.How to apply for company C without current pay slips.
I understand the appeal through company B is not needed which is the waste of money but they have given me a pay stub shall use this one and the company A's last pay stub for company C H1B transfer.shall i go for premium or normal.suggest some Pros and Cons about applying GC through my wife.
