Hi,
I came to US on H1B Visa with Company X in 2005 .My visa with Company X expires in Oct 2007.And i am still working for them, though at this time i am on bench with company X.
However now i found a better job with Company Y, Hence i filed for my H1B Transfer (normal Processing) on Aug7th and got the receipt today Aug 13th.I later got to know that it takes 90 days for normal processing to complete and for me to get the approval notice.
I have to travel to India in Oct and wanted to know :
Can we convert the existing H1B Transfer application from Normal processing to premium Processing after i got my receipt number for Normal processing?If yes will it complicate my case?
waiting anxiously for inputs.
