    H1 transfer after maternity leave

    Hi,

    My wife is on her H1-B visa with a consulting company. She is on maternity leave for last 4 months and was getting (EDD) short term disablitiy pay checks. Now she got a full time opportunity. Will her H1 trasfer works well with EDD pay checks or not? Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
