H1B Transfer Times

My future employer is going to be filing for my H1B transfer soon. Does anybody who's doing the same know how long it is typically taking now for receiving the notice of action (receipt notice)?
Also, whats the timeline for getting the approval notice under the regular filing?

H1 Transfer receipt notice was May12 Vermont service center, online status is still pending.

what was the filing date?

In other words, I'm trying to estimate how soon (between filing date and receipt notice) you got your receipt notice coz I am trying to estimate how long it will take for mine to give 2 weeks notice to my current employer.
