Regarding RFE status (in H1 visa application)...

Hello,

I have applied for H1 for this fiscal year (2007-2008).
My application is in RFE (Request For Evidence). After that I had given the required additonal documents, some 3 weeks before.

Actually what is this state?
Please let me know, what is the possiblity for my application getting approved?
Is there any deadline, before that application has to be approved?
