B1 When H1B Under Processing ???

Hi,

I have applied for a H1B Visa in April 2007, through - Company B,

and it has been selected in the lottery process, and i have received

the form I-797C(Notice of Action) and Approval.

Mean while my present employer - Company A,wants me to

travel to U.S. on B1 Visa during september 2007.I would like to know

whether, can i go ahead with B1 Visa,such that it does not affect the

H1B process, which has been initiated by Company B,for which i will be

attending interview on or after october 2007.

---- Yes, you can get the B1 Visa travel to US, go back to India and then start your H1 journey to the US with a valid H1 Visa after attending an interview. There will be no issues or concerns
