About Past Work Experience : Very Urgent Plz. help
Hi All,
I have 4.5 years of IT experience, and my H1 Visa Stamping interview is scheduled in next month. I have query related to past work experience (previous companies) because just came to know about one of my previous employer.
Presently I am associated with India’s leading IT company “A” from X years Y months. Prior to company “A”, my previous companies was also one of the world’s top 5 known MNC “B” associated for X years and Y months. Previous to that I was in small IT Company “C” associated for Y months only (this was my first company after completing Master Degree).
During my Master degree, I was working in small software company cum training institute named YYYY on project basis or part time (not full time) around X year.
When I was interviewed by US Employer, I showed all these experience including the company I worked during Master degree. Now my problem starts from here, because the company YYYY is no more exist and taken over my some other training institute. May be during background check they will find this company is not exist but I have original expereince letter of the company
As I know from this web site content, Mumbai VFS do the background check; could anyone tell me from their experience:
1. Will it affect my Visa Stamping?
2. As we mentioned Current Employer (in my case “A”) in DS-156 and last two Employers (in my case “B” & “C” respectively) in DS-157 form. Is there anyway they check with my YYYY employer which no more exist (as also not mentioned in DS-157 form).
3. Like Indian IT Industry doesn’t consider the Experience gain during education period. So shall the same apply to US Embassy also?
Any Suggestion/help is highly appreciated.
