Hi,
USCIS asked for REF(Education Evaluation) and my consultanat was replied and i have cheked the same with the USIS website. AS per USCIS rules they mentioned it may take up to 60 days to get back the with the status or approval documents.
If getting the documents to the hand is delayed, then the H1-b case is moved to next fiscal year?
Does any one guide me wat r the next steps going to be in my case?
