I’m currently in India. One of the US employer has agreed to apply for H1B Visa for me. This is the first time that the employer is ever applying a H1 B Visa for anyone. Kindly let me know what are the procedures that the employer has to follow to apply an H1B Visa, When can they start doing the procedures.
They say that the earliest date for which a petitioner may file a petition requesting cap subject FY 2009 H-1B employment is April 1, 2008. So do the employer start working to file the H1 B Petition only in April,
