Greetings
My wife is on H4 visa and the visa ( stamped at USA embassy) is valid until Sept. 2008. But validity on I-94 was up to May 15, 2007 , Because the passport was expiring on the same date. It took us three months to get passport renewal . Now she got the passport renewed for another ten years.
I came to know that validity of her visa is the one mentioned on I-94 which has expired already.
Kindly suggest if I could apply for extension or what to do in such a suituation?
