Hi,
I am an Indian citizen, and I was working in US on L1 visa through CompanyA till July 2007, and I got a job offer from CompanyB during my stay in US. My H1B petition through CompanyB has also been approved. Currently I have returned to India and working on my present job with CompanyA.
My question is, do I need to resign from my current company in India and get the release letter before appearing for the visa interview at the consulur office?
