Queries for H1B visa

If I am not having any appointment letter or Employment from a US firm , means I am not employed by any company or firm then how can I apply for H-1b
Visa ,is there is any way that I go there on H-1b visa and search job there .

You can't get H1 visa if you don't already have sponsor.
