Working permission or via for non academic student

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am US citizen and living in California. I would like to sponsor friends
to USA to work. I don't know how to qualified for (M Via) or H1B via.
Below is describe about the friends whom want to come US for working or student.
He had certification for Cosmetology. He is Cosmetologist and working for Korean barber shop in VN.
I would like to invite them to USA for working together because I am Cosmetologist also.
Please let me know any way that I can apply for them.
