H1 stamping after transfer

Hi

My friend came to US in March 2007 on company A's visa.
His passport has company A's visa stamping valid till 2009.

Later he transferred his H1 to company B.
He is planning to make a visit to Canada this weekend.

When he comes back, company A's visa stamping is Ok or does he need to get the company B's stamping???

No new stamping required if the new approval is presented. As long as the H1 transfer approval is in hand no issues
