My employer holding my H1B papaer

IT will be greate help
I changed my employer 7th back. My employer is not giving my H1B documents . He holding and telling lies that the documents are missing .As per INS record my documents are sent to my employer on 1st week of April 2007. I told him that apply duplicate on Aril but still he not applied and I strongly believes that holding my documents. Please is there is any legal way I can get my H1 documents

The H1 documents are yours. He should give it , if he is not call up USCIS or/and dept of state. Complain to Dept of Labor.
