I applied H1B for 2006 through company1. I went for interview in Sep-06 . They(Consulate) asked to come with Some documents. I went on 5th Apr-07 & submitted all required doc. They had given 221g Form. Till now I haven't received any response/correspondence from Consulate .
Company2 filed my H1B for 2007 on 1st April 2007 . & I got the new EAC no for 2007 & Case is approved.
What should I do?
1) Can I book appointment and appear for 2007 H1B-visa.
2) What should I need to prepare to face any question related for last year h1b ( which is still not approved, not rejected)
