Hello,
I have a couple of questions regarding my H1B.
1) I went for my H1B Visa interview to Ottawa, Canada on October 3rd and they said they wanted to check if my degrees are original or not. They told that as your INS approval came based upon your Indian Degrees they will send it to the Chennai Embassy in India and the Chennai Embassy will contact the university and send us the report. Than we will approve your stamping. But I haven't yet received any call from them, its already 5 Months and they dont even pick up the call. What ca I do in this case ?
2) I already have a 10 yrs Visitor Visa for the US and I am right now in US. I want to travel to India as I have nothing to do here. Can I travel and can there be any problem coming back to the US from India. What do u think ?
Can you advice me in detail of what can be done ?
