hello everyone

hi there..i have received my H1 papers and i am looking to go for the visa interview in the month of december...i am in UK for 4 years and i am on student visa...this is the first time for me to apply for H1b visa.is it okay if i can apply for the visa from US consulate in northern ireland?but in my papers its clearly stated that i have to attend in london.if it is possible can u suggest me what i got to do?and one more thing as well can anyone guide me wot procedures do i need to follow before attending for the visa..i would be thankful if anyone can advise me very precisely on this.cheers
