How many days B4 I should re-enter B4 my H1 get expired

Hi,

In emergency I am traveling to India with my wife and my H1 Visa is going to expire on 30 Sep 07. Will be any problem if I come back on 25 Sep (5 days before my visa get expired)? I have H1 extension approval which is till Oct 09. I don’t have time to renew my visa in India.

Please advice.

---- It is not a problem. Show your new H1 petition at the POE to get an I-94till its validity
