H1B Renewal..Urgent!!!

Hi,

My H1B was stamped in 2004 and is about to be expired on 30th Sep 07. During H1B i did not go to US and hence did not work in Us but now i am planning to move to US if i am able to get my H1B renewed. Please tell me what is the procedure to get the H1B renewed. Is it possible i may get my H1B renewed before 30th Sept 2007.

we dont really understand your question, you can get the H1 renewed only if you have someone sponsoring your H1 with a new H1 LCA and approval from USCIS
If these formalities have been done then you can get a new stamp.
