Hi
Currently i have a H1B petition approved from 2007 quota.
Due to certain reasons it will take at least 3-4 months for me to get it stamped and approved from US consulate.
My employer is asking me to join as soon as possible. In this situation is it possible that as i am not joining on time
that Company (Petitioner) will change this petition and change it with the name of other interested candidate who is willing to join ASAP.
