H4 Application during H1 processing

Hi,

My fiancee will be applying for HIB during Apr '08. We are planning to get married by July. So i should be applying her H4 visa in July. Is that possible? Will H4 visa be approved,when H1b is under processing? Kindly advise.Pls provide us with any other solution available. Thanks in advance.

You can apply for H4 only if you have an approved I-797B petition in hand. H4 application has other requirements also, please find out.
