H1B Stamping (2nd time) before the 1st I-94 end date.

Hello All,

I have my H1B stamped from Oct 1st 2004 to 09/30/2007 with employer XYZ. In April 2006 I changed my employer and got a new H1B petition approved till April 2009. Can I go outside US in september 2007 (before my stamping expires) and get the new stamping done? Or do I have to wait till my visa stamping/I 94 date (09/30/2007) to pass and then go for stamping ?

---- Yes, you can go for stamping a few days before and get the Visa stamp. there is no need or rule to go for the Visa only when it expires
