Hi Subramania,
I am in working L1 A visa 2 years. I got my new H1 approval from Desi employer last year 2006 without I-94 and its valid from Oct 2006.
Now I am planning to start to work on my H1 B. Please advice me which way will be best for my condition.
1. Can I get Stamped in Canada with out any issue?
2. Or do i need to get stamped only in India?
3. or Can I go for COS? It will work out without any issue?
Please suggest me the best way from your expereince. Its going to be year end so I guess it will be difficult to find a job for me after H1 stamping.
So planning to go H1 as soon as possible.
