I am from hyderabad , Andhrapradesh , can i attend mumbai or delhi consulate?

If yes , how?

Becuase, while booking an appointment when i select state as A.P then its only showing Chennai consulate dates , so how can i go to Delhi or mumbai calender.

One more thing , while filling DS156 form a few details of my employer are not yet received. (i.e Question No. 22 to 26). can i put a temporary data and can change later, is it possible or i need to enter correct data only.

Can i modify it after one or two weeks after booking my appoinment date??

My husband is from Mumbai, but can he apply for H1 visa from Chennai? He is now in US and will be applying for his H1 visa the first time. He changed from F1 to H1. Will he have to recognize himself as an Indian citizen resident in US instead of Indain resident. This will give him the option of choosing any embassy he need. But is it the right way? And also, if he goes to Chennai now, will he have to go to Chennai every time after that?

Are you applying for H1 visa for the first time? Then i think you need to apply from Chennai only.
