    L1 and H1B

    Hi Friends,

    My H1B got approved this year and iam waiting for the documents to attend the counsulate Interview.

    Meanwhile, my company proposed me to go on L1 Visa for a year.

    My doubt is, can i go ahead on L1 now and after 1 year can i attend the interview for H1(probably in canada)?
