Hi,
My Empoloyer filed my LC substitue in mid of June and i am still waiting for federal receipt.I have no clue whther he filed my LC or not.Also i told him to file my 485 and he agreed.He asked some of my documents for filing and told me that he filed my 485.
I asked him several time to give some information about my LC filing he is playing around me and also i asked him to give attorney details.He is not ready to give any information about about my filing and LC subsitute.
I have no clue why he is doing?Just wanted to know is he cheating me or have some other game . I just wanted to make sure he filed my LC substitute.
Can anybody would like to suggest somthing here?
