Variety 221 G-- Seniors Advice Required

I was issued 221G blue at chennai 2 weeks back. VO told that he isn't able to take decision now and took all my docs. He said he's gonna read them and get back to me through email or phone in one week. he did not write Administrative processing on the 221G. He instead wrote that Have All the Docs will ask to submit passport later/

I called consulate today and got a reply that my case is under review and they are reviewing something and there is no time fram for them to reply back

Is it Additional Administrative processing?
If it is, then how can they do so without any info on 221G

Please let me know if anybody is on the same shipt
