Hi,
2007 H1B Approved, 2006 H1B not approved.
In 2006 i applied H1B through a consultant and my case is not approved still. It is saying 'case received and pending'.
In 2007 march i applied for another H1B through another consultant and it got approved 2 months back. I got papers from my new employer for 2007 H1B and booked a visa slot for mumbai consulate.
Now the thing is, if visa officer fires a question to me:
Is it your first H1B visa?
Then what should i say..... whether i should explain him in detail what has happened or if he asks me in particular like 'it seems last year also you have applied for H1B' then only i should explain him?
Pls reply ASAP, becoz i have my visa appointment in this week. so pls help me in this regard.
