Status Changed(Lost old i-94)
Hi All,
Actually i came to US on H4 in sept-2005 and lost my i-94(expired). In 2006 i applied for H1 and my status got changed. I have new i-94 i.e on I-129 form. Not yet had my stamping done but planning to go soon.
1. Is that i have apply for my old i-94 as i lost it?
2. After that getting old i-94 is that i need apply for new i-94 for status change. (As i changed from h4/h1).
3. Is that i-94(I129) enough for stamping.
I was not allowed to write Driving Test as they said I dont've i-94 even i showed my i-94 of i129. Kindly suggest me what to do. They are telling to show i-94 having atleast 6 months of validity remaining.
