H1 Stamping
My Wife was on H4 in US and has gone back to india for H1 stamping.
She used to work while in India but when she came to us she had quit her job.
while filling the form D-157, we need to mention current employer. but in our case there will be none since she was not working when she was in US on H4.
What do we need to enter for current employer?
can leaving it blank may cause any problems ?
