Hi! I need some advise from you.

My wife is a Physical Therapist and she was granted her H1B last July 31. She is allowed to work Oct 1, 2007-Sept 15, 2010. We are already supposed to fly to the US on the 18th of September when we were notified by her employer that they are closing and that they can no longer offer employment to her. We would like to seek a transfer of her H1B to another employer. Is this possible even though she wasnt able to work for the original petitioner? Appreciate the help you can provide.

Yes you can find another employer and do the transfer ASAP provided the current employer does not cancel the visa. Some of them keep it for 30 days and cancel it.This is something you need to check with the current petitioner.
