I have the following query
I have obtained H-1B for my self and H-4 for my wife just 10 days back. Can my wife file for H-1B this year and if She gets her EAC number by June, will it hinder her travel in mid July on H-4 with me.
Or does she need to wait for her H-1 to arrive, and if she gets her H-1B and if she reapplies to US embacy for change of her status from H-4 to H-1B will her case face difficulty,
