    L1 to H1 tranfer, please help

    Hi,

    I work for company X on an L1 visa. Another company Y applied and got an approval for my H1, which starts on 1st Oct 2007. I have the following doubts:

    Can I continue to work for my current employer on L1 after Oct 1st?
    Will that in validate my H1?
