Hi,
I entered into US on L1 via company A. Company B did H1 for me in 2005 and I changed to that company's payroll from Oct 1st 2005 onwards. Does this mean I changed my status from L1 to H1 ?
However I never left US so never got my H1 stamped. Later I did H1 transfer from Company B to Company C. Now I need to go to Canada on a business trip and planning to attend US Visa interview there. Will there be any issues here ? Also does my case come under new H1 or H1 renewal ?
